Our team at Events Across Texas is focused on bringing the highest quality events to your preferred venue. Attention to detail is the cornerstone of our business. Planning and coordinating your own event can be a challenge; we are prepared to do the work for you. We are based in Austin, TX and are willing to travel anywhere in Texas to bring your next event to life!
We have over 40 years combined experience in Sales/Customer Service, Management, and Casino Management and are well-versed in Texas laws regarding Gambling and Casino Gaming. Our events are special in that all Texas laws are regarded and followed, while you still get the Las Vegas experience right here in Texas! No "gambling" occurs at any time. We specialize in Fundraising for Non-Profit Organizations, Corporate Events, Private Parties, Retention and Appreciation Events, and complete Event Coordination. We hand pick and professionally train our dealer staff to the standards set by Las Vegas casinos, while teaching them skills in educating all levels of players about the rules and game-play. We want everyone at our events to feel comfortable learning a new game or coming in as a veteran player! We put together a vast list of vendor partners, including caterers, bar and waitstaff, DJ's, bands, special acts and performers, photographers, and more. Themed events and casino decor will make your night one to remember, and we have Event Coordinators on our staff with over 40 years experience who can assist with every aspect!

OUR TEAM-We do our own training with the goal of developing a game dealer who measures up to the likes of a Las Vegas dealer. Our dealers do not hit the game floor until they have completed all necessary training to ensure the highest level of service. Our dealers are also trained in customer service and have the ability to teach any new player the game as they deal.
OUR VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS-We have formed strong partnerships with local vendors in Central Texas and beyond over the past 20 years, and they exceed our standards of performance. We have Event Coordinators on staff who have over 40 years experience doing events. We are also continuously searching for new vendors to add to our existing list.
